Don Pasta collaborates with Tv Show Geo and Geo (RAI 3), La Effe, Fahrenheit (Rai Radio 3). His first project “Food Sound System” fostered a book, published by Kowalski, and a multimedia show that has been touring the nation for the past decade.
In 2009 the prolific artist published “Wine Sound System” (Kowalski), also available in French, and in February 2013 he released his third book “La Parmigiana e la Rivoluzione” (Stampa Alternativa), followed by “Artusi Remix” in 2014, printed by famed Italian publisher Mondadori Electa.
Among his most frequent collaborators we find leading Italian cultural figures such as Paolo Fresu, David Riondino e Daniele di Bonaventura. Don Pasta regularly writes for important online and offline news portals such as Slow Food, la Repubblica, Left Avvenimenti and for Smemoranda, Alias, Fooding, L’Università del Gusto di Slow Food, CasArtusi and Cultura Gastronomica.
He directs the Soul Food Festival in Rome together with Terreni Fertili and L’Academie des Cuisines Metisses in Toulouse. He is currently working with CasArtusi on “Artusi Remix”, a project devoted to the preservation of Italian folk cuisine.
